Create And Edit A Presentation
The dashboard and editor are where hosts prepare the room experience.
Create a blank presentation or duplicate an existing one.
Use the smart builder to generate a session from audience, objective, tone, and output.
Start from templates such as Team Retro Battle, Classroom Review Game, or Town Hall Prioritization.
Edit slide questions, descriptions, options, timers, scoring, point budgets, and correct answers.
Launch in Live, Own Pace, Contest, or Power Game mode.
Host checklist
- Confirm the slide order.
- Preview the room code and join link.
- Pick the start mode from the dashboard.
- Begin presenting from the host screen.
- Export results when the session ends.
Presenter Screen
Professional Host Controls
The presenter view keeps the live room moving while still giving the host practical controls for late arrivals, navigation, and moderation.
QR Display Modes
Use Off, Left, Right, Big L, or Big R from the presenter toolbar. Small QR codes stay subtle; big sidebar QR codes help late participants join quickly.
Go To Any Slide
Use the Go to selector in the presenter footer to jump directly to a slide without repeated next or previous clicks.
Own Pace Mode
Choose Own Pace when participants should move through the session on their own device instead of following the host slide by slide.
Live Moderation
Keep Q&A open, tag questions, hide or pin items, and mark questions answered while the room is still responding.
Late participantsTurn on Big L or Big R for a larger QR sidebar, then return to a small QR when the room settles.
Long decksUse Go to slide for workshops, Q&A callbacks, and skipped sections.
Public screensThe small QR dock ignores pointer events, so it does not block presenter controls.

For Participants
Join And Answer
Participants do not need a host account. They join from the room code and submit answers from their device.
Go to the Join page or scan the presenter QR code.
Enter the room code shared by the host.
Choose a nickname, optional team name, avatar emoji, and avatar color.
Submit each slide response when the presenter opens the slide.
Use Q&A to send questions and upvote questions from others.

Results, Reports, And Exports
The results page gives the host a person-by-person dashboard plus polished files for sharing. Long PDF and PowerPoint results continue onto additional pages or slides so information is not cut off.

Access
Accounts, Google Sign-In, And Deployment
Hosts sign in before creating and managing presentations. Participants join by room code.
Host authentication
Google sign-in and email/password sign-in are routed through the app backend, with a secure session cookie for the browser.
Participant access
Participants only need the room code and a nickname. They can pick a team, avatar, and color before joining.
Result ownership
The results dashboard and exports are available to the presentation owner from the dashboard and results pages.
